Typical timeline
Account Deletion Policy
FeatherQuantum Software Studio designs privacy‑first software. We aim to collect only what we need to deliver and support our products. This policy describes how you can request deletion of your account and what we do with your data.
Scope
This policy applies to accounts created directly with FeatherQuantum or within our applications and services. If a product stores data only on your device or in a cloud account you control (such as iCloud), deletion may be completed by you through your device settings.
How to request deletion
- Contact support using the button above or email [email protected]
- Provide your account email and the product/service name
- We will verify your identity before proceeding
What we delete
We remove account‑level data and content stored on our servers that can be tied to your account. For products with on‑device‑only storage, we do not hold your content; manage it on your device.
What we may retain
- Records required by law (e.g., tax, billing, fraud prevention)
- Server logs and backups on fixed retention schedules
- Aggregated or de‑identified data that does not identify you
Processing time
We begin processing promptly and aim to complete within 7 days. Backup systems may take up to 30 days to cycle out. If legal obligations require a longer retention, we will notify you.
Reactivation
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you return in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Does deleting the app delete my data?
Deleting an app removes it from your device, but may not delete data stored on our servers. Follow the request process above to delete account‑level data we host. For apps that use only on‑device or user‑controlled storage (e.g., iCloud), manage data from your device or iCloud settings.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Account deletion does not cancel third‑party subscriptions.
Can I undo deletion?
No. Once the deletion is completed, it is irreversible. You can create a new account at any time.
Will my support tickets be removed?
We retain ticket history only as long as needed to resolve your issue or comply with legal obligations. Any remaining personal data is removed after closure and retention windows.
